Art Beats is a collective body of arts, media, film and fashion organisations from the voluntary and professional sectors. We meet quarterly at the hat Factory and seek ways of improving the local creative environment.
The forum is open to all creative organisations who wish to network, increase membership, to discuss a problem and to collaborate. We have 40 members, if you would like to attend or would like more information please contact:
