About Luton Arts
Lutonarts runs Lutons main performance venues, the hat Factory and Library Theatre. We also work within the community through our arts development service and run some of Luton's largest outdoor events including the Luton International Carnival, Summer Festival and Fireworks. Our teams work with schools, community partners, professional artists and regional and national arts organisations.
